Do you ever see someone else’s transformation and think to yourself, “That lucky b!#@%, I wish I could do that”? ?? Haha don’t even lie, we’ve all thought that at one time or another. We are our own worst critics and are always so quick to be hard on ourselves. We think we aren’t capable of things that other people have achieved without even trying.
What if I told you this beauty, Irene, isn’t lucky? She isn’t any less busy than you, she doesn’t crave junk food and pizza any less than you, she isn’t living on rabbit food or giving up her social life, she just WANTED IT. So she said “YES” to our 3 Week Fitness and Nutrition Bootcamp and said “Shut-Up” to all the negative BS thoughts that consume our female brains that were saying, “you won’t be able to do it.” She did it. She looks damn good. She pushed play for 21 days (x2) and said Peace out ✌ to 25 pounds. You have nothing to lose. Why wait until January after you’ve put on your holiday fluff to get started when you could have 2 rounds in by next year and look and feel BETTER before making a lame NY resolution (regardless if you slip up over holidays). Stop telling yourself “I could never do that” and tell that darn debbie downer voice in your head, “watch me”.
