You’re invited to a MOM’s Only fitness accountability group, I have a few success partners who are mothers and are hosting this group. Whether you are bouncing a 6 week old, or taking a 6 year old to school, you are invited to take a break from your mommy hood and get your body back.

Stop the negativity, you ARE good enough. I’ve been in a really bad place where I hated myself, I only though horrible, terrible things about myself. I deprived myself of food because I thought that I could at least control that. But you know what, even at my lowest weight, I felt the absolute worst. I am now healthy, I don’t count calories, and I LOVE myself. Sure I could be skinnier or have a 6 pack, but I am a work in progress, and I am proud of how far I’ve come to finally feel beautiful in my skin. My wish is that you find something everyday that you like about yourself, look for something new everyday. Soon you will realize, how AMAZING you are. You ARE good enough, and I’m here to remind you every step of the way.
