This weekend I had pizza, burgers, ice cream, chips, lots of wine... ???? you name it I probably had it, but I'm not upset about it. I'm bloated and feel blah, but I'm not beating myself up over it, because I enjoyed every minute of it. You will fall off the wagon and that is OK!
