I've talked to 5 women on the phone in the last few days who all shared one thing in common... any guesses what that thing was???? A LACK OF CONFIDENCE. But guess what? There's good news, confidence is like a muscle, the more you use it, the stronger it gets. ?? TRUST ME, I literally used to have a confidence level of about the size of a darn spot on a ladybug. Now, I know my weaknesses and flaws and can embrace them, because of the positive strides I've made for myself. It did NOT happen ... continue reading...
Love Yourself
If you can't love yourself as you are, no amount of makeup, flashy clothes, or materialistic things will help you to truly love the person you are. Yes, I'm prettier with makeup, but I love my pink rosacea cheeks, too. Because that's what makes me, me. In hindsight, ... continue reading...

On days like this, I would get up, & drive 40 minutes to work to teach a 6:30 am bootcamp (for a measley extra $25, that's how broke I was), then I would go for a run, take a quick shower and nap in my car outside work before I had to be back at work until 8 pm. Then I would drive home 40 minutes, ... continue reading...
