I used to literally set a New Years Resolution every year for a 6 pack! I was consumed with wanting one. It ate me up inside.
Now, I’ve been eating crummy lately, and stressed and training for a marathon and ignoring my home workouts that have given me ab definition, so naturally, the definition I had has vanished…. BUTTT… I’m going to eat to fuel my body right, cut out processed crap, and go into 2016 feeling happy and healthy and not bloated and 8 pounds heavier with holiday fluff. I’m not aiming for a 6 pack. ALL I want, is to go into 2016 as the best version of me. I love myself, FINALLY. My biggest goal is to find another reason to love myself and my body every day!
