Are you a college student living in a dorm room? Do you have a small apartment with a toddler running around your legs? Do you travel for work and stay in tiny hotel rooms often? How can you possibly workout in these small spaces without spending money to go to a gym?
Very easily, actually! Just use your imagination!

High Knees
- Stand with your feet shoulder length apart.
- Bend your elbows so your arms make a 90* angle, with your palms facing flat toward the ground.
- Lift your left leg, knee bent, until your knee touches your left hand.
- Repeat with your right knee.
- Get to the speed that you are running in place doing this.
Plank
- Lay on the ground with your belly down.
- Put your legs together and point your toes toward the ground.
- Lift up, resting on your forearms. Make sure your back and butt are straight and not angled.
- Hold for 30-60 seconds.
Mountain Climbers
- Lay on the ground with your belly down, as if you are going to do a pushup (lifting up with your hands).
- Bring your right knee toward your chest, as if you were taking a step as you crawl (but don’t move from your spot).
- Place your right foot back and bring up your left knee.
- Keep repeating quickly.
Wall Sit
- Push your back against the wall.
- Lower your body until you are in a sitting position with your knees at a 90* angle.
- Hold for 30-60 seconds.
Butt Kickers
- Run in place.
- Have your foot reach back and kick your butt with your heel during each stride.
Jump Squats
- Stand up and put feet hip-width apart.
- Bend into a squat position.
- Using the balls of your feet, jump up.
- Land on your balls of your feet and bend back into a full squat.
Leg Lifts
- Lie on your back on the floor.
- Press your legs together.
- But your hands under your butt or by your hips.
- Lift your legs to a 90* angle, keeping your knees unbent.
- Lower your legs back down as close as your can to the floor without touching.
- Lift your legs back up.
- Repeat.
Supermans
- Lay on your belly on the floor.
- Put your arms straight out past your head.
- Keep your legs straight.
- Lift your right arm and left leg at the same time while squeezing your butt.
- Lower each and lift up your left arm and right leg squeezing your butt.
- Repeat.

- Invisible Jumprope (jump and move your arms as if you are jumproping)

- Pullups (if you have a pull up bar)
