Back to school time! Whether you are a student, a teacher, or a mom of a student, fall is a busy, busy, busy time! The lazy days of summer are over and everyone is rushing! A lot of times, our meals suffer because of that. However, one thing I love about the 21 Day Fix is that you prep ahead of time! If you succeed to plan, you plan to succeed! It’s so much easier to grab and go healthy lunches that are already prepared than grab whatever is on the go.
Tips for Success
- Prep on the weekends. Cook everything ahead of time. Use crockpots for batch cooking!
- Sort everything out on the weekends into your 21 Day containers. This way, portion sizes are already done.
- Make sure you fill up your water bottle to the brim for the next day before you go to bed.
- Prepare some Shakeology for the mornings–it’ll help de-stress you as you prepare for the day.
- Try to have some variety of lunch during the week, or you’ll soon be dreading lunch break and be more willing to cheat.
