I take pictures every month. To remind me of my progress. To remind me that I’m a work in progress. To remind me to never become complacent. To remind me that my body is capable of changing even when I choose pizza over salads. One bad meal won’t make you fat, just like one good meal won’t make you skinny.
Make it a lifestyle change! This isn’t a “diet”. It’s a change in your mindset and it’s the coolest program I’ve ever done. I can have pizza, chocolate, and wine. ???Everything in moderation.
