Quick and Easy Clean Recipes
Have you ever saw something and thought – why didn’t I think of that? That’s exactly how I felt with these bad boys! I was on instagram and one of my favorite accounts: Protein_treats_healthy_eats posted a yummy banana recipe with peanut butter and chocolate sauce. I improvised and made a peanut butter jelly banana boat! YUM!
How amazing and simple does this look? Yah my presentation sucks, I was too hungry to worry about that! This was amazing!
Cut a sliver out of the banana and eat it while you work Duh!
Mix 1 TBS Pb2 with water until desired consistency – fill in banana boat
Add a few drops organic no sugar added jam of choice A few drops of honey
Dash of cinnamon
Top with slivered almonds!

HAVE YOU EVER TRIED QUEST BARS? They are amazing, and the ingredients leave you guilt free!! I loveeeee guilt free clean food! So for this pre-workout wrap – I melted a cookies and cream quest bar on a 100% whole wheat tortilla, put natural peanut butter, and sliced 1/2 banana. I rolled it all up and enjoyed EVERY bite. It was literally such a sweet tooth craving, I couldn’t believe it was a clean treat! You must try!

Lastttt but not least: Grilled Squash Pizza Boats!!
Grilled squash pizza boats! So easy and can also use zucchini. I sliced the squash thin, it organic tomato sauce on top, sprinkled reduced fat mozzarella cheese, then used sautéed onions, kale, & green peppers that I had in the fridge! So good! Bake 425 for 20 minutes!
