Have you ever told yourself, “I’ll start working out next week” or “I’ll get back on track with my eating Monday”? ??? I made a post one week ago that vacation plus 3 weeks of not giving 2 poops ?? about what I ate left me feeling blah, bloated, and just plain crummy inside.
These are my results after just one week, which is proof we should STOP ✋⚠ putting it off, and start NOW. I focused on my meal plan, still had beer ? and tortilla chips (bc I made it fit into my plan) and am fitting better in my clothes and have watched the extra bloat fade. I have been doing a mix of running and doing my home workouts and I feel amazing. I haven’t weighed myself because the scale is a lying bia so I don’t associate myself with that negativity lol.
