This weekend I had pizza, burgers, ice cream, chips, lots of wine… ???? you name it I probably had it, but I’m not upset about it. I’m bloated and feel blah, but I’m not beating myself up over it, because I enjoyed every minute of it.
You will fall off the wagon and that is OK! Vacations and holidays happen and you could sit around and pout or you could get up and start working towards a better you. I met friends for a 5am run, went to Walmart for some things, and was showered and eating breakfast by 7am. I could sit around and put myself down for the choices I made or start making better choices right now. I made the choice to start today off right.
